Devs on Drugs

I have long suspected the Earth and Beyond "Devs" were chronically stoned out of their minds on drugs and now have unequivocal proof of that. Here is Player's Exhibit A, which was looted and brought to my attention by Deathwatch, a fellow guild member and Admiral in Galactic Order.

Gorgon's Dread Glare specs at 100% Quality: Terran Only, -46.0% impact deflect for 216 seconds when activated, increases missile range by 36% when equipped, reduces missile energy cost by 40% when equipped, and increases ship mass by 10% when equipped.

Hey "Devs" - nice device, but unfortunately there is just one minor problem with the L9 Gorgon's Dread Glare... Level 8 is maxed Device Tech for Terrans! DOH!!!

BTW, in the event Electronic Arts tries to plead a case to the effect that one of their "Devs" was just having an unusually bad drug day when they cooked up the L9 Gorgon's and that the drug abuse is not chronic and pervasive, here are Player's Exhibits B, C and D for your consideration...
